MultiEx 3D-H2
MultiEx 3D-H2 is a standard aqueous broadband cleaner for DCBs and PCBAs. It works in three dimensions:
1. Flux removal
2. Deoxidation of the metal surfaces, especially with copper and aluminum
3. Passivation of the metal surfaces to avoid renewed rapid oxidation
Most suitable for PCBAs, DCBs, Hybrids, & Misprints. May be suitable for Stencils and Screens depending on cleaning task.
