The EBSO EasyCut 300 is an economical solution for singulating square or rectangular PCBs from a scored panel array, To separate the boards, the panel is passed between the upper and lower blades on the score line.
The gap between the blades is adjustable to the thickness of the boards; the larger the clearance between the blade, the lower the stress to the PCB. The circular blades and guides are made from hardened steel to ensure long life.
The EasyCut 300 has two operating speeds; the lower blade is powered and pulls the PCB between the upper and lower blade. The operator will manually align the PCB to the blades. Once aligned, the boards are independently transported between the blades and separated.
Adjustments between the upper and lower guides ensure the PCB is fed through the machine in the v-groove slot. The EasyCut 300 can singulate panels up to 13″ (330mm) in length.
