The EBSO EasyCut 100 is an economical solution for singulating individual PCBs from a panel array.
PCB tabs are separated (nibbled) with a pneumatic operated blade without inducing board stress or fiberglass debris. The tabs are manually guided by a milled slot positioned over the cutting tool. The part is then moved under the cutting blade. The operator will step on the pressure foot to actuate the blade to cut the tab. The resulting scrap material is captured inside the tool body. The debris can be discard from the housing when full.
Different blades are available for cutting a variety of tab sizes and board thicknesses. Standard blades include: .062″, .093″ and .125″. The standard blades will cut tabs .189″. For longer blades and longer tabs, special tools are available.
